Storm Settings: So far, we have had some sporadic showers and storms in northern Indiana as the border will stretch across the far north of the state. Some pop-up storms will likely occur this afternoon in central Indiana. These may not meet severe limits, but excess moisture in the atmosphere can bring temporary heavy rain, and lightning is a threat in any thunderstorm.
