We are pleased to announce that Swedish International Viktor Gyökeres has signed for us on a long-term contract.
The 27-year-old striker, from Lisbon Sports, scored an incredible 97 goals in 102 games.
Viktor helped the team win the National Cup back-to-back Primeira Liga title in two seasons in the sporting game and was the league's top scorer in both campaigns. He also performed well, scoring 12 goals in his last 17 games in Sweden.
Born in Stockholm, Viktor began his career with IF Brommapojkarna, where he developed through the Youth Academy, scoring 32 goals in 31 games at the Under-19 and Under-21 levels and debuted in the 17-year-old.
In January 2018, the clinical shooter joined Brighton & Hove Albion, during which time he enjoyed loan spells in Swansea City, St. Paul and Coventry City, and moved to Sky Blue permanently in 2021 and helped them in the finals in 2023.

Viktor will wear a No. 14 shirt and will be joining immediately with our team on the Asian Men's Preseason Tour.
