Arsenal aims to win the second straight win to kick off the 2025-26 Premier League season when they hosted the newly promoted Leeds United.

The Gunners won a challenging opening match at Old Trafford last weekend, thanks to an early goal by Riccardo Calafiori, who beat Manchester United 1-0. Although they were far from flawless on their trip to the north, they managed to get a very important victory to keep pace with Liverpool and Manchester City at the start of the championship game.

On paper, at least, Leeds should have a more direct opposition to Arsenal, who have a home advantage in the upcoming conflict. They remained unbeaten in their last 14 games against Yorkshire costumes, winning 12 games, but Daniel Farke's side also scored three points from the opening game, thanks to the free throw championship against Everton by Lukas Nmecha.
