The acting president of Colombia spoke after a $220 million settlement with Trump administrators.

Columbia University announced it has reached a $200 million settlement with the Trump administration after months of negotiations to resume federal funding to the school. The Trump administration accused the university of violating anti-discrimination laws and freezing federal funds into critical scientific research. Colombia does not admit to any misconduct. Acting Columbia University president Claire Shipman discussed the settlement with CNN's Kate Bolduan.
