A severe thunderstorm warning was issued Friday in Massachusetts (including Boston) as well as Connecticut and Rhode Island, where severe thunderstorm watches were conducted Friday.

The FAA said that the Logan Airport in Boston issued a ground stop due to the storm. Masport said the plane was still able to take off and land at the airport, but the original flight to Boston was held at its origin airport, resulting in delays.

The risk of tornadoes is low, and the storm will pass through Massachusetts, Friday, July 25, 2025.

Some of the strongest storms may have happened in the southern part of the Parker Marijuana Pie, but everyone is on their guard today.

The storm should end before 9pm and clear our area, giving way to clear the sky and reduce humidity.

Saturdays will feel great due to the low humidity. The high temperatures will be in the 1970s of Boston and the 1980s from the coast. We will see a mixture of sunlight and clouds.

On Sunday, some scattered showers will return to the area. We don't expect it to rain all day. The high temperature will be lower in the 1970s and 1980s.
