Conservatives on social media tore up D-Calif's Rep. Eric Swalwell, who posted a video to X on Sunday, including his pressing while making political views.

These critics have many fixed in the video Swalwell seems to be lifting weight, indicating that a suitable adult man Swalwell's age should be improved more. In the video, Swalwell appears to be 135 pounds when talking to the camera and criticizing Congressional Republicans.

“So, the MP (which seems to only play the most videos ever made on X) has two 45 pounds on the side of the 45 pound bar, which equals a total of 135 pounds of pressure. That's basically what a freshman soccer player can do 15 times easily…”

Swalwell shared the video last weekend in response to congressional leaders and let lawmakers attend the August recess as early as possible. Some accused House leadership of cutting Congress to avoid lawmakers having to vote for the release of Jeffrey Epstein’s archives.

“I should be at work now,” Swarwell said in the video. “I should be in the Capitol. I should wear the lawsuit. Instead, Republicans send us home because they would rather support Donald Trump than release Epstein's archives and support the victims.”

Critics of President Donald Trump accused him of covering up the Justice Department and the FBI announced this month that there will be no more major details about Epstein and his sex trafficking operations to the public.

After a strong opposition, Trump ordered Attorney General Pam Bondi to release all “related” information related to the Epstein case.

“We can lower your health care costs in Washington, D.C., lower your grocery costs and restore your rights. I should work now. Instead, I pump iron in the gym.” In other similar videos, he was seen playing basketball at the pool and at baseball games.

Svalwell's critic's performance did not impress him.

Conservative commentator Paul Szypula said: “Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) did another cringe-back 'I Should be Working' video, a video of him at the gym who was stuck in the middle of a light bench press. Democrats are trying to attract white male voters. Swell is in the gym.

Conservative podcast Eric Matheny mocked Swalwell's weight lift.

“For a 43-year-old man, this is not a flexion of what a 14-year-old freshman football player does. What are these attempts of fake masculinity? Are Swalwell and Tim Walz using the same PR?”

R-Ga. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene entered the stack, sharing her video at her family gym, telling Swalwell to add weight.

“I just hope Eric Swalwell is on the bench for more than 135#, and Democrats stop lying. Congress always in August in August, no matter who is responsible,” she wrote in the title.

She added: “Yes, Epstein's archives were released, but Democrats no longer pretended like you suddenly cared about because you never cared about Epstein in the past four years!!!”

Conservative talk show host Wendy Bell answered Swalwell’s clip: “This is my bench, Eric.”

Swalwell's representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.
