Randy Travis's wife believes that despite the doctor's advice to her to “pull the plug”, her husband's head “never doubts.”
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Mary explained the pivotal moment in Travis’s two and a half years of health battles, which stands out for her, and that’s the moment the doctor told her to end her husband’s life.
“I think Randy, Randy thought he could do it with it. It was a magical moment, when they said 'We need to pull the plug, I went to his bedside. At that time he had so many things to him.' Mary said: “He had already contracted Staphylococcus infection and three other hospital-born bacteria viruses like Serratia, Pseudomonas, one thing, the doctor just said: “He just didn't have the power to solve this problem.”

Mary recalls: “That was when I went to find him. At that moment I knew Randy Travis would do it because he squeezed my hand and tears flowed down his face. I said, he was still fighting.”
“I don't think Randy, Randy's idea never doubted he could do that with it. It was that magical moment when they said 'We need to pull the plug, I went to his bedside. He had so many things to him at that time.'”
Mary is completely “mom bear” on the doctor and tells them that her husband is not fighting and that they are “to fight him”.
“I mean, Randy means. I know that point in time because he has anything strange about him in the world and he hasn't given up. Honestly, I'm very inspired by it. He's my inspiration.”

“Then we showed videos of Randy’s historical past, which, for some of his jokes, allowed people to see Randy’s sense of humor. Going back all the way back to his childhood and working with horses among the Westerners he’s in, interesting things along the way. So, like I said, it gives you a whole, Randy Travis and Ingravis and Ingh, who I was. She said.

Travis recently received an ACM Mileage Award honor, which Mary believes perfectly highlights her husband’s life.
“Well, the milestone award, I think it's just the term itself 'milestone' means a lot of different things, based on the road Randy travels, what he does, what he accomplishes, what he accomplishes and what he has experienced his viral cardiomyopathy, he's been alive, and it's the life of Randy Travis, his life is great.

“I think there will be more songs. I think Randy is interested in doing more songs. You know, the first one is 'where from,' the second one is 'Horse of Heaven', and another piece of music that might be coming soon. We have the music folder that Randy wrote.

Mary explains how they used AI to create a new song: “AI will be able to use Randy's voice from stems and create a brand new song from a song that may not be done. It may be used with another artist and can be written in collaboration. And I think if it is, using it every day, using it every day, and using it in all cases, and using it in all cases, and using it in all cases, and using it in life, and using it now, and using it now, and using it now. As AI today.”
