Officials announced Monday that Los Angeles law enforcement agencies have arrested a burglary crew member with nearly 100 break-ins in the area.

The Los Angeles Police Department said in a press release that multiple police agencies and Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies searched eight homes around 5 a.m. Wednesday and arrested seven men aged 22 to 47.

Police said they were all charged, including burglary and possession of controlled substances while armed. Two days later, another man with an active warrant surrendered, and two other men associated with the burglary crew have been detained and faced attempted murder.

According to police, the suspects were all repetitive and confirmed gang members. The crew has been linked to at least 92 residential thefts, dating back to 2022, with most incidents occurring in 2024 and 2025.

LAPD chief Jim McDonnell in a statement.

Last fall, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman was elected as the platform for crime, and he said in a statement that his office would “not hesitate to seek maximum penalties under the law.”

During Wednesday's action, officials recovered the stolen luxury watches, bracelets, high-end wallets, wallets and cash. Police said they also found stealing tools such as window-punching devices and handheld radios, large amounts of ammunition and guns, narcotics, currency counters and multiple cell phones.

Police also provided a search warrant for the search warrant in a house with connections to the crew in April 2025 and found a large number of guns and ammunition, as well as stolen credit cards, forged IDs and jewelry.
