Five years after entering the top ten, Isaiah Simmons is reportedly looking for his next NFL destination.
Packers are expected to release Simmons, according to a report by Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports. Simmons, 27, worked for the Cardinal for three years and two with the Giants.
Arizona dominated the defense player of the year and two-time national champions in 2020 at Clemson.
However, Arizona trades Simmons to New York before the 2023 season. He has played all 34 regular season games in two years with the Giants, but only five games. Simmons once again blocked the Seahawks' key shot in the game in 2024.
Green Bay flew on Simmons on April 29, but it didn't seem to be resolved. The Packers are scheduled to play against the Lions on September 7.
