One person died and two injured in a head-on crash in Sacramento County

We report at the top of the hour. Now, hygiene will let us know that a 21-year-old man was killed. The frontal crash occurred around Grant Line Road south of White Rock Road, 430. They said a 12-year-old boy was injured. He was the passenger of the murdered man. The 24-year-old driver in another vehicle was also injured. They were all hospitalized.

CHP said one person was injured, including a child, after a head-on collision in Sacramento County.

The crash occurred after 4:30 pm and the intersection of the grant line

The California Highway Patrol said a Hyundai patrol was heading north on the Grant Line Road while the Subaru was heading for collision. It is not clear what caused the crash.

The 21-year-old man died of injuries at the scene in a Hyundai vehicle, CHP said.

A 12-year-old passenger from Hyundai and a 24-year-old driver from Subaru were both seriously injured and taken to a regional hospital for treatment.

CHP said it is not clear whether alcohol or drugs are factors in the crash.

The crash is still under investigation.
