7 Beer Coffee will set up another location in Santa Rosa County, this time it's speed.
The chain will build a 770-square-foot building on a 1-acre property at 4880 U.S. Route 90, with a total of nine and access to Caroline Street and Orleans Street. The entire coffee shop will have three entrances, two of which will be accessible from Orleans Street.
The proposal was approved by county officials on July 24, nearly half a year after the developer initially submitted the plan in early February.
Atlanta, a branch of Bowman Consulting Group, Georgia, submitted the proposal on behalf of seven beer coffees, and submitted its latest plan in June before submitting it again in July. The two submissions were sent from the county before final approval was finally obtained in late July.
7 Brew is now building stores in Navarre and Pace, expanding its footprint in the county to four stores. Santa Rosa County officials approved the Naval proposal in late June.

7-Whip Coffee began expanding to Florida through a Crestview store in 2023, and began working to expand its footprint to the Pensacola area in early 2024, when they proposed plans for the now-open North Davis Highway.
7 Brew opened its first Pensacola location early this year and opened another location in Milton in early June, their first store in Santa Rosa County.
To date, the fast coffee chain has been approved to establish five locations between Escambia and Santa Rosa County. Currently, there is a store in 5305 N. Davis Highway in Escambia County, opening a store in 6556 Caroline Street in Milton and Santa Rosa County in 3876 Gulf Breeze Parkway in Breeze, Bay.
In addition to the existing North Davis Expressway location, three beer stores developed in the northern half of Escambia County are proposed, which have not been approved yet.
The ferry passes for two stores were proposed, one near the center of the University Town and the other near the ferry access square, and the last store was proposed to be Ensley.
