Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner have produced several classic matches over the past few years.
Last October, Alcaraz beat Sinner in a thriller to win the title in Beijing, winning the game 6-7, 6-4, 7-6 from a game.
Earlier this year, the world’s No. 1 and No. 2 matches were one of the greatest Grand Slam finals of all time, as Alcaraz saved the championship points to beat Sinner and defended his Roland Garros title in the process.

Alcaraz and Sinner seem to have magic whenever they step into court with each other, but that's not to say they are the only players worth watching on the ATP Tour.
Former American star John Isner now considers him the third best watch in tennis.
John Isner says Lorenzo Musetti is the “best watch” of tennis behind Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner
In the latest episode of “No Professional” episode, Isner made a verdict on Lorenzo Musetti after winning the first round at the U.S. Open.
“[Lorenzo] Musetti, take it out [Jannik] Sinner and [Carlos] Alcaraz, I think he is the best watch in tennis. ” Isner said.
“Just his play style. Slicing, that's great.”
Isner's co-host Steve Johnson agreed as he shared his attention on Musetti's match in the first round.
“We called him some games today and he hit a few one-handed passes, like slow motion,” he said.
“It's so beautiful that he's getting low, just smc.”
Musetti beat the big Frenchman Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard in the first round, 6-7, 6-3, 6-4, 6-4.
The 23-year-old has been taking his game to another level with his revelation of the ATP Tour in 2025, especially on his popular clay court.
Musetti clearly reached the semifinals of all four European clay games he played this year, helping him to rank.
- 2025 Monte Carlo Master – Lorenzo Musetti lost f Go to Carlos Alcaraz
- Madrid Open 2025 – Lorenzo Musetti SF To Jack Draper
- 2025 Italian Open – Lorenzo Musetti SF Go to Carlos Alcaraz
- 2025 French Open – Lorenzo Musetti SF Go to Carlos Alcaraz
As a result, the Italians ranked sixth in the world, and have surpassed the top ten this year.
Musetti looks to qualify for the ATP final after performing well on strong clay, although not fully planned since.

Musetti was injured in Roland Garros and failed to find any consistent form in the next few months.

Musetti is now out of the ATP finals and if he wants to join the fields in Turin, he needs to start to win some major victories.
ATP Final Qualification
Each year, eight players who accumulate the most Tour points are eligible for the year-end ATP final.
Unfortunately for Musetti, he is currently in ninth place and things’s position will miss the qualification.

Of course there is still a long way to go, and the gap of 75 points can be narrowed quickly.
He may be comforted from last year's ninth game player Alex de Minaur still qualifies for.
De Minaur stood out with his teeth's skin, and Novak Djokovic (sixth) left the ATP final and chose to finish his season early.
As SERB continues to reduce plans, it is very likely that we won't see Djokovic attending this year, either.
However, Musetti doesn't want to rely on Djokovic to evacuate and will work hard to qualify for excellent activities.
After the U.S. Open, he will have the opportunity to earn more points when he returns to the action at the Chengdu Open ATP 250 event, which is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 15.
