49-man wide receiver Jauan Jennings missed his third exercise for the third time Thursday in a row due to a calf strain.
Coach Kyle Shanahan said Jennings exacerbated the calf injury that plagued him during the offseason.
There is no timetable for Jennings' return.
Jennings, 28, spent a career in 2024, earning 77 receptions in 975 yards and six touchdowns.
49ers cornerback Deommodore Lenoir is dealing with hip stimulation, which has given him a second straight practice. Shanahan said he would also miss the next two exercises.
Rookie Run Back Jordan James is dealing with a knee injury and the team will reassess him in a few days.
Defensive end Mykel Williams (ankle) is back.
