New Mexico head coach Jason Eck will walk off the court at his inauguration at the Mountain West Conference, after leaving the former Big Sky Conference underdog, Idaho beat the Idaho defeaters far better than he found them in a three-season game ending last year.
For the Wolverines, if they can start their home win against New Mexico in the 2025 season, they are waiting for big things. Michigan traveled to Oklahoma in Week 2 to play a big ten big game on the way, followed by later season highlights, including USC (October 11), Washington (October 18) and perennial top 10 rival Ohio State (November 29).
