Freebird – Rob Zombie's “Devil Rejection” over 20 years old

  • by admin

Rob Zombie has been one of the most polarized figures in the horror world since musicians crossed the filmmakers. His feature writing and directorial debut with House 1000 Corpess in 2003 – his original studio at Lionsgate (Universal Studios) was put on hold for three years because it feared it had received a horrible NC-17 rating.

The corpse is trapped in the victim of many problems the director faces for the first time – the zombie seems unsure if he has the opportunity to make another movie that leads to anarchy’s thoughts and influence – but the end result over the years remains valid. Despite the production’s woes and a largely unfavorable critical response, the film makes healthy profits, making the Zombies a sinister impulse to the sequel’s effort as a sophomore.

Today, released 20 years ago, the devil's rejection is certainly more rooted than its enhanced predecessor.
