USTA Foundation launches community Impact Hub program

  • by admin

Ten community-based organizations are part of the USTA Foundation’s National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) network and will expand their efforts to provide tennis and education programs to embed tennis as a catalyst for overall community change. These hubs will significantly expand the foundation’s efforts to provide access to tennis and all its benefits, which communities invest in the most needed communities through cost-free school and family recreation opportunities, coaching training, and courts in underresourced communities.

The initiative is expected to reach 630,000 young people and families, implement new youth tennis programs in more than 570 schools, carry out renovations, at least 160 tennis courts, and recruit more than 2,000 new coaches nationwide by the end of 2027. By the end of 2027, this is a national hub. This is more than $6 million in growth. Community, provides tennis benefits for more people – in court and in court.
