Raiders Futures Drafts: Best Bet, 2025 NFL Season Forecast

  • by admin

The Las Vegas Raiders have been very busy off-season, bringing a new head coach (Peter Carroll), starting quarterback (Geno Smith) and starting running back (Ashton Jeanty).

Will all these changes lead to the Raiders’ first winning season since 2021? After all, Carroll's team has won at least nine of his 13 of his 18 seasons as NFL head coach. Let's check out Las Vegas' famous futures odds on Caesars Sports Betting and offer several of the best options.

Super Bowl: +9000 (T-24)
Meeting: +4500 (T-11th)
AFC No. 1 Seed: +6000 (T-12th)
distribute: +1200 (Fourth)
Playoffs: Yes +310, no -400
Total regular season wins: 7.5 (over 135, under -160)
MVP: Geno Smith +15000 (T-31st)

Best choice: Raiders win over 6.5-125 (Fanduel)

This Fanduel with over 6.5 wins is much cheaper than other sports betting. The Raiders actually have some good talent in the roster, but they are tough with the Chiefs, the Chargers and the Broncos, and they all love to make it into the playoffs.

The Raiders centers have not been stable since Derek Carr left as they have played five different quarterbacks in the past two seasons. Smith is a big upgrade, especially when he plays on the dome, he especially thrives (the Raiders play at the Dome Loyalty Stadium). In 14 Pro Domes, Smith made 30 touchdowns, 5 interceptions, and scored a 110.8 rating. In the outdoor game, he scored 43 touchdowns, 31 interceptions and scored 89.7.

If Smith and Jeanty can add juice to the offense, the defense has already hit a great pass percentage, and Patrick Graham is one of the best defensive coordinators in the NFL. The Raiders are clearly the worst team in the AFC West, but this bunch is not a driving force and is competitive in many games. With their talent and coaching staff, the Raiders should be able to win seven games.

The best choice: Brock Bowers 1025.5 Receive Code-114 (Fanduel)

The tightness of the vanishing record isn't the most interesting, but I think Carroll and new offensive coordinator Chip Kelly will bring a heavy approach to Las Vegas. As the Raiders were unable to run the football, Bowles was able to get 1,194 receive yards and 112 catches on 153 targets.

Last season, the Raiders won four “monsters” on the backs of Alexander Mattison (420 rushing), Ameer Abdullah (311 rushing), sincere McCormick (183 rushing) and Zamir White (183 rushing). In addition to winning Jeanty's sixth place in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Raiders added veteran Raheem Mostert to put it in the backcourt.

While Smith is undoubtedly better than any quarterback thrown to Powers last season, I just don't think he's getting the amount of reception he's done in 2024. He remains one of the best tensions in the NFL, but even ideally, to hit 1,000 catch yards at any tight end.
