The victim was killed Tuesday and died on a road near the border with Arkansas, Missouri and Kentucky on a road in Lake County, northwestern Tennessee.
The Dale County Sheriff’s Office and Dale County District Attorney Danny Goodman said that the baby of Wilson and Williams were left in the nearby car seats in the “Random People’s Frontyard” that day.
Authorities say the baby was treated by caregivers and is now safe and cared for.
James M., 21, was the first to be a 21-year-old.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said the murders were not random. Goodman said investigators believe Drummond knew the victim.
Drummond was wanted on four counts of first-degree murder, one aggravated charge of kidnapping, four counts of possession of a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony commission, the TBI said.

“While it was an extremely tragic and violent incident, there was a sign of compassion … telling us that Austin might feel that he wishes he could come in and have a conversation about what happened,” TBI said on social media.
TBI director David Rausch said authorities believe Drummond is still in the area. Officials said Drummond's White 2016 Audi found in Jackson, Tennessee that Drummond had connections with Jackson.
Goodman said Drummond was in trouble for murder, due to the alleged incident when he was imprisoned for robbery.
A $15,000 reward was provided to obtain information that led to his arrest.
Authorities urge anyone with information to call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
