Nashville, Tenn. – Treylon Burks, the receiver of the Titans, Tenn., suffered a cracked collarbone during public practice at Nissan Stadium on Saturday, ESPN confirmed. Burks was injured while he was playing dive during his practice team.

Burks managed to chase a deep pass from quarterback Cameron Ward along the sideline and grabbed it with one hand before falling to the ground. His shoulder hit the field first when he tried to stop contact with the ground.

Titans coach Brian Callahan made the following statement immediately after practice: “Treylon Burks is currently being evaluated for having a shoulder injury and we will update his identity in due course.”

The NFL network first reported on how much Burks was injured.

For the foreseeable future, the Titans will sign former Raider WR Ramel Keyton, LAA Agent Zac Hiller told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Keyton played eight games for Las Vegas last season and recorded only one reception this year.

Burks reported good camps to the camp and made a solid first impression on new general manager Mike Borgonzi. During practice last October, the ACL was torn a wide range in the fourth grade and lost this year. The ACL injury prevented Burks from fully attending OTA and mini camps. But he was happy to be back on the field when training camp started last week.

“My injuries have limited me to be who I am in the last three years,” Burks said after day 1 of the training camp. “I feel like I'm in a good place, man. God has taken me from the lowest to the highest and the lowest. I feel lucky for that.”

The Titans selected Burks with the 18th overall pick in the 2022 draft. In three seasons, Burks scored 53 passes for 699 yards and scored touchdowns in 27 games. The Titans didn’t choose Burks’ fifth year choice next season.
