Alice Evans asked the court to increase support from her children and former Ioan Gruffudd's spouse.
The actress, 56, asked the court to increase Graffed's child and spouse support payments from the $4,500 he currently pays, according to court documents obtained by the people.
Evans claims she and her 15-year-old daughters Ella and 11-year-old Elsie were recently deported by their Los Angeles home because she was unable to pay $6,500 of monthly rent. She also claimed that she had to borrow money from friends and set up a Gofundme account to raise donations.

The mother of both claimed she “burned” her savings to cover legal expenses and living expenses. She also claimed that Gruffudd, 51, could afford more than he paid and asked for more money.
Gruffudd claimed in response that Evans “deliberately evicted himself” and “deliberately stopped paying rent, but instead took the kids on vacation to Europe.”
Gruffudd recently announced that he is looking forward to a baby with his girlfriend Bianca Wallace, who claims Evans’ motivation is to create a false public narrative to hurt his reputation and to let him give her more money.
He went on to claim that he had received “the falsehood of our future and the manufactured claim that he had become homeless in the near future, which made him “arimed”.
Representatives for Evans and Gruffudd did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Back in October, the court ordered Gruffudd to pay $3,000 in child support to Ella and Elsie every month, with Elsie fully custody. In addition to child support, Gruffudd will pay $1,500 per month to Evans starting in September.
At the time, the court also ordered Evans to “make a reasonable goodwill effort to become self-support.”
“Not doing these efforts could provide a basis for reducing the amount of spouse support or even termination of spouse support altogether,” the document said. Evans will have half of the marriage to prove she is practicing “reasonable goodwill efforts.”
Evans applied for financial support to Gruffudd in July 2024, when documents obtained revealed that the actress claimed she needed it in “terror” after a custody agreement she reached two months ago. She added at the time that she would “cannot survive” without Groveder’s financial support.
